ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
To ensure we meet our customers deadlines, artwork must be supplied in one of the following formats:
Please note, we only accept InDesign files that have been exported as PDFs with files and fonts supplied
as a package.
Amendments that hold up the visual creating process:
1. Images not embedded. (Sometimes we will ask for these to be sent as a
package via WeTransfer). Files sent in a zipped folder.
2. Fonts not supplied. Supplying fonts or outlining the text is an easy solution.
3. Using the correct templates. Our templates are updated constantly via our
website, due to print processes or branding changes, so please check
regularly for updates.
4. Special requirements like colours, fonts MUST be noted on your PO.
We print in CMYK & Pantone Solid Coated colour matching system.
If artwork is supplied in RGB it will be converted to CMYK and colours

5. Clear instructions on your PO, Brand guidelines, all help us in
creating your visual.
